Ker Gana: A sanctuary for intimate retreats and workshops nestled between land and sea.
Located in Finistère, nestled within a 3,000-square-meter garden, Espace Ker Gana is a healthy and inspiring retreat, specially designed to accommodate small groups. We prioritize an intimate atmosphere and personalized comfort to ensure the depth of your learning experience.
The estate is designed to host intimate workshops and retreats for up to 10 people (9 participants and 1 instructor). This intentionally limited capacity ensures that each participant has ample space to relax and that the instructor can give each person their full attention.
The main highlights of the Ker Gana Center:

Dedicated practice room: A cozy 32-square-meter space (5.9 m x 5.4 m) with warm hardwood floors, bathed in natural light, and heated to 20°C for total comfort during your yoga sessions, meditation, or workshops.

Charming accommodations: Three stone houses offering a total of 7 rooms (3 deluxe rooms with double beds and 3 shared rooms with single beds), as well as a separate room reserved for the instructor.

Wellness Area included: Unlimited 24-hour access to the sauna and hot tub to help participants relax and recover.

A rejuvenating setting: Just a 4-minute drive from the rugged coastline and hiking trails (GR34), perfect for meditative walks or breaks in the fresh air.
As I live on the property in a detached house, I personally ensure that the estate remains peaceful and that your stay goes smoothly, while guaranteeing you complete privacy and absolute discretion.

By train: Brest TGV Station (30 minutes away). Taxis and car rentals are available at the station.

Rates
We offer "All-Inclusive" packages (accommodation, meeting room, spa, housekeeping, linens) exclusively for business travelers:

Weekend Package (Fri. 5:00 PM – Sun. 4:00 PM): €1,500 (approx. €150–€200 per participant, based on a group of 9 people).

3-night weekday package: €1,425.

Weekday 2-night package: €960.

Weekly Package (4 nights): €1,890 . Note: Proof of professional liability insurance is required.
What's included in your stay
To help you focus on your group, our rates are all-inclusive:
Exclusive use of the property (no other guests on site).
The Practice Room (32 m²)
Accommodations: 6 charming guest rooms and a staff room: A spacious room for the host.
Comfort: Beds made upon arrival, towels provided, and cleaning fee included.
Wellness Area: Unlimited access to the sauna and hot tub.
Booking Terms & Peace of Mind
Payment Terms
Reservations: Sending a deposit check for 50% of the total amount confirms your reservation (the check will not be cashed upon receipt).
Balance: Must be received no later than 30 days before your arrival.
For training courses: We accept combined payments from participants (a single envelope containing the total rental amount).
For businesses: Single bank transfer or a single check.
Please note: The initial security check will be held as a security deposit during your stay and will be returned to you within two days of your departure.
Cancellation Policy
More than 60 days before arrival: Your deposit will be refunded (minus a €150 processing fee).
Between 60 and 30 days before arrival: The deposit check (50%) is cashed and retained.
Less than 30 days before arrival: The full cost of the stay is due to the establishment.
