How do I create an account?
Go to the My account page and enter your email address. You can choose a password or get a login link by email, so there’s no password to remember.
How do I list my venue?
Click "List my venue" at the top of any page. Fill in your listing step by step (description, address, capacity, practice rooms, photos), choose your plan and pay online. Your listing goes live as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes, you get an invoice by email after every payment, including when your subscription renews. You can also find them in your account, under "My invoices".
Why list my venue on this guide?
Since 2019, the site has specialised in venues that host wellbeing and personal development retreats and workshops. The people who use it are organisers, facilitators and therapists who are looking for exactly that: a venue for their group. They email or phone you directly, and you pay no commission on bookings.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Log in, open “My account”, go to “Subscriptions” and choose “Cancel”. Your listing stays online until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, the monthly plans have no minimum commitment. The annual plan is paid a year at a time; if you cancel it, it simply runs until the end of the current year.
What happens if a payment fails?
You'll get an email with a link that logs you in and takes you straight to the payment page. In the meantime, your listing is paused. It goes back online as soon as you pay, with all its content.
