Ker Gana: a sanctuary for small, intimate retreats and workshops between land and sea.
Set in Finistère, in a 3000 m² garden, Espace Ker Gana is a healthy, inspiring place designed especially for small groups. We keep the atmosphere intimate and the comfort tailored to you, so your teaching can go as deep as it needs to.
The estate is set up to host small, intimate workshops and retreats for a maximum of 10 people (9 participants and 1 facilitator). This deliberately limited capacity gives each participant a good-quality space to rest and lets the teacher be fully present for everyone.

Dedicated practice room: A real cocoon of 32 m² (5,9 m x 5,4 m) with a warm wooden floor, flooded with natural light and heated to 20°C so you stay comfortable throughout your yoga, meditation or workshop sessions.

Charming accommodation: Three stone houses with 7 bedrooms in total (3 Grand Confort rooms with double beds and 3 shared rooms with single beds), plus a separate bedroom kept for the facilitator.

Wellness area included: Unlimited access to the sauna and jacuzzi 24/24 to help participants relax and recover.

A restorative setting: Just 4 minutes from the wild coastline and the hiking trails (GR34), ideal for meditative walks or breaks in the fresh air.
As I live on site in a separate house, I personally make sure the estate stays peaceful and your stay runs smoothly, while guaranteeing you exclusive use of the venue and complete discretion.

Prices
We offer "all-inclusive" packages (accommodation, practice room, spa, cleaning, bed linen) for professionals only:

Weekend package (Fri 5pm to Sun 4pm): €1 500 (roughly €150 to €200 per participant, based on 9 people).

Weekly package (4 nights): 1 890 €. Note: proof of professional liability insurance is required.

Accommodation: 6 charming bedrooms and a facilitator’s area, with a spacious bedroom for the organiser.

Wellness area: unlimited access to the sauna and Jacuzzi.
Booking Terms & Peace of Mind
Payment Terms
Booking: your dates are secured once we receive a deposit cheque for 50% of the total amount (the cheque is not cashed on receipt).
Balance: must reach us no later than 30 days before your arrival.
For retreats: participants' payments can be sent together (1 single envelope covering the rental amount)
For companies: a single bank transfer or one cheque for the full amount.
Deposit: the initial guarantee cheque is held as a security deposit during your stay and returned to you within 2 days of your departure.
Cancellation terms
More than 60 days before arrival: your deposit is refunded, minus a €150 admin fee.
Between 60 and 30 days before arrival: the deposit cheque (50%) is cashed and kept.
Less than 30 days before arrival: the full cost of the stay is payable to the venue.
