What's the story behind Paul's olive grove?
L'Oliveraie de Paul is a family estate created by my grandfather over 20 years ago. He planted everything (including an olive grove) and built it with passion and love, from scratch, on sand.
He was able to create a whole universe there, and we celebrated many birthdays, engagements and weddings.
When my grandfather passed away, my husband and I couldn't bear to part with this little paradise that had been home to so many wonderful family moments. We left behind our former lives to settle in the Petite Camargue and establish our home, with our feet in the sand, our hands in the olives and our heads in the pines.
In 2011, the year our 1st child was born, we set up gîtes here, and in 2019 we're opening a space dedicated to wellness events to accompany people in their quest for personal development in the broadest sense.
What made you want to open or take over this place?
This property of almost 15 hectares is rich in tree species, quiet but not isolated (1km from the 1st shops, 2.5km from the ramparts of Aigues-Mortes, 30 minutes from Nîmes and Montpellier).
Above all, it exudes a wonderful energy that soothes and refreshes.
We inherited this land and wanted to share it with others. It changed our lives and today we're trying to pass on the love it represents in our own way.
What are the special features of Paul's olive grove (natural areas, spa, energy, equipment, swimming pool, etc.)?
Pine forests, an olive grove, birds, squirrels, rabbits, dragonflies... life is everywhere here, bringing us vitality and comfort as we need it.

We work with caterers and offer all types of meals.
What's new and what's in the pipeline?
In addition to our 90m2 courtyard, 60m2 of which is covered, we'll have a new 60m2 hall (heated/air-conditioned, sanitary facilities, terrace, parquet flooring) from spring 2020.
Is there an event at home that you don't want to miss? A party, festival or special occasion?
Every year, on the 3rd weekend in June, we organize a small 2-day festival of yoga and other disciplines focused on the well-being of body and mind.
If a presenter was reluctant to come to you, what would you say?
We focus on quality events for small groups, with a warm, personalized welcome. In an authentic, unspoilt natural setting, but with all the comforts you need to practice any discipline.
What promise would you like to make to your residents?
