Here is the venue that will host us! I can't wait to discover it with you.

A retreat made of encounters, connections, sharing and people!

Don't we desperately need these spaces right now?

A weekend of yoga too, as a radical act of resistance, to reclaim the whole of one's body and build a connection with it, not with the aim of coming back fitter or less stressed in our daily lives so as to cope with the culture of always more, of performance and of excessive productivity.

But more to open up spaces where human connection (which is slowly fading away) is honoured and placed at the centre.
To rediscover joy and pleasure, and to taste those sensations once again.

This group is mixed: some of you are discovering yoga, others practise more regularly. I like this mix, being able to open the boundaries between several worlds. I know some of you, others much less so.

You know, for me yoga is just a pretext for getting together, sharing, eating well and connecting, so I can't wait :)
