Nestling in the heart of a small village in southern Touraine, overlooking the river and surrounded by 4 hectares of fields and woods, the Moulin proudly displays its 4 centuries of history.
Entirely renovated and refurbished by us, the Moulin is now not only a family home, but also a comfortable place to work, relax and meet... differently.

As trainers, coaches and facilitators for over 15 years, we know how important the setting is to the success of seminars and training courses! We imagined Le Moulin's new life as the ideal place we would have liked to have for our own customers, a timeless space to open up new possibilities, relax, meet and (re)find ourselves.

We offer :

- A unique location: a property steeped in history, surrounded by 4 hectares of nature (river, fields, garden, forest).

- An ideal space to work and recharge your batteries: 40m² of independent, modular work and/or practice space, as well as shared areas (library lounge, dining room), and unlimited access to all outdoor areas.

- Comfort and privacy: 6 twin rooms (each with 2 single beds), 4 with private bathroom and 2 with shared bathroom, accommodating up to 12 people, a suite for speakers (2 double rooms, 1 twin room, 2 bathrooms).

- Accessibility: less than 2 hours from Paris, 1 hour from Tours, open from March to end of October.

- We put you in touch with our referenced partners (caterers, in-home chefs...) to organize the catering according to the wishes and needs of your participants. You can also call on your own service provider.

Location access

By train: Tours or St Pierre des Corps TGV station + 50mn by car.
By car: 3h from Paris, 1h from Tours, 2h from Angers, 4h from Bordeaux.

Rates

Our weekend retreat packages for the 2026 season:

  • Weekend package 2 days / 1 night - Saturday 10am to Sunday 5pm: €600
  • Weekend package 3 days / 2 nights - Friday 2pm to Sunday 5pm: €1,000
  • Weekend package 4 days / 3 nights - Thursday 4pm to Sunday 5pm: €1440

These rates do not include catering or additional guest rooms.
