La Clé de Sol welcomes you for all your workshops, seminars, artist residencies, and training programs. It is nestled in the heart of the Drôme hills in Marsaz, 20 minutes from the Valence TGV station, and 10 minutes from the Tain l'Hermitage station and the A7 highway.


La Clé de Sol offers

An air-conditioned practice room: a spacious 156-square-meter space with exposed beams and hardwood floors, bright and offering views of the Vercors. It features central heating and a wood-burning stove for supplemental heat.

Also available: carpeting to suit your needs, as well as all the equipment you need for your classes and activities (stereo system, mixing console, floor mats, cushions, mattresses, blankets, chairs, and a whiteboard).


A dining and social area

It is divided into three areas covering 140 square meters, centered around a wood-burning stove: a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a large living room for relaxing. The latter two areas can be reconfigured as needed. It opens directly onto the garden.
For your meals: self-catering is available, or you may bring your own cooks. We can provide our own cooks (organic, local, and seasonal meals).

The park


It features several flexible, tree-lined areas for breaks and outdoor meals. It is situated in the heart of nature, with no immediate neighbors. Relaxation guaranteed.

Currently being installed: a 5 x 4-meter pool and outdoor showers.

A large parking lot is reserved for trainees, with direct access to the training site.


Accommodations

A total of 25 guests can be accommodated (up to 27 upon request):

- 4 rooms for 2 or 3 people on the second floor of the main house, with a shared bathroom (2 showers and toilets).
- A large room with a private bathroom.

- A room made of straw and earth, known as the "Little House on the Prairie," with a bathroom area at the entrance to the common room.

- An 11-bed dormitory featuring exposed stone and wood, with attached bathrooms and direct access to the practice room.
- Spaces available for campers or tents (no electricity).

- Dry toilets on the ground floor.
