The history of a castle is like a novel, a chanson de geste, made up of love, battles, feasts and poetry. All this still resonates within the walls of Château de la Flocellière. Protective, sometimes attacked, even looted and partially destroyed during the vicissitudes of history, it is reborn each time like a Phoenix, with its granite walls, high towers and slate roofs.

For almost a thousand years, it has dominated a landscape of woods, meadows, ponds and streams. It stands at the edge of the old village of La Flocellière, seemingly protected by its friendly presence. Over the centuries, it has also contributed to the spread of faith, poetry and music around it.

Today, it combines this seigniorial memory with modern-day comfort, with a capacity of 14 prestige rooms in the historic part of the chateau, 7 family rooms in the logis and 100 beds in single rooms and dormitories in the chateau's former outbuildings.

Surrounded by a romantic park with bicentenary trees, it invites you to rest, calm and contemplate.
