There are places that bring wellbeing before you have even begun your practice. Places where the air feels different, where silence has a texture, where the mountains remind each person of what is essential and simply restore a sense of wellbeing. Domaine de la Tour de Moulor, at 1100 metres above sea level in the Haut-Louron (Hautes-Pyrénées), is one of these places, ideal for a retreat in the Pyrenees.

This large, comfortable chalet welcomes groups of up to 15 people who wish to enjoy an exceptional retreat in Loudervielle: a privatised chalet, a preserved natural setting, and calm as a basic condition.

Practice spaces that match your intentions
The chalet first of all has a dedicated practice room of 22 m², with a wooden floor and air conditioning, comfortably accommodating 8 mats at the same time. A panoramic mezzanine overlooking the peaks can host group discussions in parallel, and finally, the large lounge can easily be arranged to fit up to 15 mats for more physical practices.
The outdoor garden with views of the peaks also offers an open-air practice option on fine days. A sunrise yoga session facing the Pyrenean ridges remains a unique experience for a group.

Nourishing the body as much as the mind
A successful retreat is also prepared on the plate. The Domaine's large, fully equipped kitchen allows you to organise food suited to your programme: vegetarian or vegan meals, nourishing breakfasts before the morning practice, light dinners that support rest... treat yourselves...
Here, you can choose to cook for yourselves with the group members, shopping at local shops and producers in the valley, or choose the full board option (available only for short stays of 2 or 3 days).

Silence and nature: your best allies
Between sessions, the mountains offer unmatched spaces for restoration:
Meditative walks on the valley trails, through the forest or at altitude
Forest bathing: forest and mountain stream nearby
Moments of silence and introspection in an environment free from noise and light pollution
