Tantra, massage and shamanism weekend

Programme

Cocoon weekend at La Vallée Rose from 11 to 13 December 2026 "Free your legs, rediscover the joy of moving forward in life!"
This month we continue the path begun at our last weekend, returning to the tantric structure that has proven its worth. We will begin by releasing the tensions held in the shoulders and back, the places where, without our knowing, the burdens that obstruct our vital energy settle. A shamanic breath will open the space, renew your momentum and settle you firmly back into your axis.
We will then move down to the legs and calves, those discreet keepers of our emotional memories. For these aches, these cramps, this heaviness that sets in… what if they did not come from the body alone? What if they carried with them all those moments of hesitation, all those buried fears – fear of failure, of others' gaze, of choosing – that slow your progress?
Our legs faithfully reflect the way we move forward in existence:
And if, by freeing your legs, you also freed:
✅ Your ability to decide without hesitation? ✅ Your power of momentum to overcome obstacles with ease? ✅ Your freedom to commit fully – in your projects, your relationships, your life?
What awaits you during this weekend:
🔹 A tantric massage, in listening and presence: • Dissolving the knots in the shoulders and back, so that breath flows freely again. • Releasing the memories lodged in the legs and calves, so you can move forward unburdened.
🔹 Shamanic rituals to: • Awaken your energy and anchor it in the present moment. • Transmute your fears into life force.
🔹 A sacred space where every gesture and every breath will remind you: "My body knows the way. My legs are there to carry me, not to hold me back."
Now imagine:
If your legs cause you pain, it is no accident. They are speaking to you. And their message is clear: "Free me, and I will take you where your life is calling you."
Do not let this invitation pass you by.
