DANCE OF THE TWO SHORES

Programme

4-day workshop, led by Marie and Luc Blanckaert and Didier Pajot
This workshop is an invitation to dive into everything that lives in us, moves through us, guides, slows down, or even blocks our life energies.
All the information is available at https://ml-blanckaert.fr/evenements/stage-danse-des-deux-rives/.

This is not a dance workshop. It is a personal development workshop. Whether or not you enjoy dancing, you have your place here.

Dance of the two shores: the shores of shadow and light, of life and death, of failure and success, of waiting and action, …
a constant movement in our embodiment between these poles, which are intrinsically linked and inseparable in every area of life.
These are often unexplored resources, revealing energy, wounds and potential. The shadow is as much a resource as the light. As for the light, we are often afraid of it.

“It is not by looking at the light that one becomes luminous, but by plunging into its darkness, into its shadow.” CG Jung.

4 intense days to:
— meet fully and tenderly
— tame your shadow and light and integrate what arises
— step out of confinements and blockages
— release life energy
— fully inhabit your beauty and power
— reconnect with your freedom to be
— live a powerful bodily experience
— bring to light what is essential for you today

Dance is the vehicle of this transformation, accompanied live by Didier Pajot, an experienced percussionist and musician who has worked in this process for more than 20 years.

This workshop is, among other things:
—— the body at the heart of transformation, through dance, dynamic meditations and bodily practices
—— a set of precise proposals and rituals to carry the process forward
—— listening to the sensations of the body, of oneself and of the other
—— an exploration of what drains vital energy
—— an integration practice at the end of the workshop before returning to the road.
