Presentation:

We offer mini-retreats, with guided meditations, intuitive treatments, lymphatic drainage option, vege meals, on a 2-hectare quinta. We also offer the possibility for small groups to stay and do their activity here after filling in a simple form.

From October onwards, we'll be expanding the premises, with 9 double bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a library/lounge. We also have a large 140 m2 hall, a private dining room where meals are served, and a 2-bedroom apartment with 1 double bed each and a bathroom. You can enjoy the park, with a river, Wifi in some places only. Organic produce from the garden. We're 20 minutes from Geres National Park, 1 hour from Porto airport, and 2h30 from Fatima.
The energy here is peaceful and inviting to introspection, lulled by the sounds of nature and the river, laughter and joy are welcome.

 

We speak French, Spanish, English and Portuguese.

Opening: We open the second part of the site in October 2025.

Guided meditations

Fabiana did hypnosis for 8 years, ran an anti-smoking center, and has been doing guided meditations for over 15 years. Author of the book "Tous vegetariens demain". Lived with the Maleku indigenous people in the forest of Central America, practices Kriya Yoga. Has been doing therapy for over 25 years, and leads a meditation group here every 15 days.

Silence Retreats

We organize silent retreats, with guided activities and meditations, over 2 days/ 2 nights. In connection with Mother Earth and the Guides of Light, in all simplicity.
Several guided meditations a day, with moments of introspection and guided exercises. The peaceful setting allows you to experience these timeless moments, where stress and painful memories are laid to rest.
Price includes 2 nights' accommodation in a single room, meals and activities.
Minimum 4 people, maximum 9.
Option with lymphatic drainage 40 euros extra.
Intuitive treatment, 40 euros.
