About the venue
We offer mini retreats with guided meditations, intuitive healing, optional lymphatic drainage and vegetarian meals, on a 2-hectare quinta. Small groups can also come and stay here to run their own activities after filling in a simple form.
From October the venue will be extended, with 9 double bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and a library/lounge, plus a large 140 m² room. We have a private dining room where meals are served. We also have a 2-bedroom flat with 1 double beds in each room and a bathroom. You can enjoy the grounds, which have a river running through them. Wi-Fi is available in some areas only. Organic produce from the garden. We are 20 minutes from Peneda-Gerês National Park, 1 hour from Porto airport and 2.5 hours from Fátima.
The energy here is peaceful and invites introspection. Lulled by the sounds of nature and the river, you'll find that laughter and joy are always welcome.
We speak French, Spanish, English and Portuguese.

Opening: the second part of the venue opens in October 2025.

Fabiana practised hypnosis for 8 years, ran a stop-smoking centre and has been leading guided meditations for more than 15 years. She is the author of a book, "Tous végétariens demain". She lived with the indigenous Maleku people in the forests of Central America and practises Kriya Yoga. She has been working as a therapist for more than 25 years and runs a meditation group here every 15 days.

We run silent retreats with activities and guided meditation, lasting 2 days and 2 nights. A chance to connect with Mother Earth and the Guides of Light, keeping things simple.
Several guided meditations a day, with time for introspection and some focused exercises. The place has a peaceful feel and lets you step out of ordinary time for a while, leaving stress and painful memories behind.
The price includes 2 nights in a single room, meals and activities.
Minimum 4 people, maximum 9 people.
Lymphatic drainage available as an option for 40 euros extra.
Intuitive healing session, 40 euros.
