Large house located in the south of Oise, 45 min from Paris by train.

It's an old watermill in a country village, with a surface area of 400m2, and lots of charm!
This unique location, easily accessible from Paris (TER line Paris-Beauvais), is ideal for a retreat or training course in the countryside for a group of around 15 people, or up to 45 people in a full-day format.

The house has 3 levels:
- Ground floor: a living room with the wheel mechanisms and a fireplace, a dining room and a large, welcoming kitchen.
- Second floor: an open-plan space with a table soccer, a large table and a sofa; a beautiful library with large shelves accessed by a ladder; a boudoir.
- On the second floor: a large, light-filled, modular room (70m2) for meetings, team building, seminars, yoga or relaxation sessions.

5 to 6 rooms are available, for a total of around 15 people (1 large 5-person room, 1 4-person room, 1 2-person room, 1 room with 1 double bed and 1 room with a single bed + 1 attic room that can accommodate up to 3 people as an extra bed).

Outside: terrace, large park, orchard, rose garden and 3 streams.

The furniture and decor have been carefully sourced, with a mix of modern and vintage pieces, giving the place a unique atmosphere. You'll feel right at home!
