Kio-o is a unique healing center, located in the heart of a 125-acre estate in the magnificent Laurentian mountains, about 100 km from Montreal in Sainte-Lucie des Laurentides.

The calm atmosphere, the private lake, the splendid view of the cliff, the mountain and the trails make this an exceptionally beautiful place that encourages calm and deep relaxation. The silence, pure mountain air and direct contact with nature are a constant source of inspiration.

The Kio-o center has 4 studios (of different sizes) equipped with a sound system, zafus cushions, zabutons, chair covers, chairs, tables, yoga mats, cork blocks, straps, projector, screen and more. Everything you need for your activity.

We have 26 rooms in five buildings, each with two or three single beds. Our bathroom ratio is approximately one bathroom for every two rooms. We can accommodate 55 people.
