About the venue
Kio-o is a one-of-a-kind place to recharge, set on a 125-acre estate in the beautiful Laurentian Mountains, at Sainte-Lucie des Laurentides, about 100 km from Montreal.
The peaceful atmosphere, the private lake, the stunning view of the cliff, the mountain and the trails make this a place of rare beauty that encourages calm and deep relaxation. The silence, the clean mountain air and direct contact with nature are a constant source of inspiration.
The Kio-o centre has 4 studios (of different sizes) equipped with a sound system, zafu cushions, zabutons, meditation benches, chairs, tables, yoga mats, cork blocks, straps, a projector, a screen and more. Everything you need to run your sessions.
We have 26 bedrooms spread across five buildings, each with two or three single beds. There is roughly one bathroom for every two bedrooms. We can accommodate 55 people.
Room information: 111,5 m² / 67 m² / 38 m² / 35 m²
